New dress made from silk textiles of old saris, repurposed using the ancestral Kantha technique.
Kantha is an ancestral tradition from India where several layers of fabric are joined together with continuous stitches, creating a lively and characteristic texture.
Each piece is composed of fragments of selected old silk saris assembled in a patchwork, resulting in a unique combination of colors, motifs, and shades. Although the dresses are new, no two are exactly alike.
Its clean silhouette and careful craftsmanship balance textile richness with an elegant, loose, and easy-to-wear shape, making it a special yet versatile garment.
A newly created piece with a history, reinterpreted from a contemporary perspective.
