Exceptional skirt and matching dupatta set in burgundy/gold gradient dyed natural silk, decorated with traditional metallic embroidery (zari). The delicate floral motifs symbolize prosperity and celebration. It is an exceptional rarity for the set to have been preserved, as over time it is not easy to find the dupatta and skirt together. These types of sets were worn at weddings and very special ceremonies such as Navratri or Diwali. It is in very good condition with some delicate signs of use that reinforce its authenticity.
It closes with a drawstring, so it adapts to various sizes. In any case, the skirts have so much fabric that they are very easy to alter to adapt them to any size by changing the waistband.
