Lightweight dupatta in natural indigo-dyed linen, with artisanal Block Print stamping.
Indigo is one of the oldest and most valued pigments in Indian textile tradition. Its color is not uniform, it presents slight variations and nuances that are part of the dyeing process.
Block print is an ancestral dyeing technique using hand-carved wooden blocks. They are dipped in dye and pressed manually, leaving small irregularities in the pattern that are not imperfections but the seal of the piece’s artisanal authenticity.
Linen provides a wonderful texture, dry and natural, with a fluid and elegant drape.
Measurements: 85 cm wide by 3 meters long. These are approximate measurements.
The fabric breathes, adapts, flows…
